As an experienced executive, product manager, and consultant, I combine strategic experience and practical knowledge from management, transformation projects, and enterprise software engineering. Through this, I have learned: Technologies alone do not make the difference \u2013 it is the people who work with them and decide on their application that are crucial. <\/p>\n

Artificial intelligence is an extremely powerful and versatile technology that is rapidly evolving and continuously creating new application possibilities in companies. At the same time, reliable experience and established best practices are often lacking. Instead, expectations, different perspectives, and uncertainties characterize the approach to AI. My focus is therefore not on short-term solutions, but on well-founded decisions and sustainable success \u2013 especially in times of complexity, uncertainty, and constant change. <\/p>\n
